[Japan Photos]: Kurama Onsen (Mt. Hiei)
Haaaa~ I miss Japan so much! 
*sigh* ....
Anyway, here´s our last day of the first week (yeah, that means there are still TWO weeks of photos lying ahead of you! XD ... ahem~).
As you already know we spent the first week in Kyoto with trips to Himeji and Osaka. For our last day in Kyoto and before leaving for Tokyo I wanted s.th. special.
So we also booked a room in an ONSEN!
I always wanted to go to one and experience an original Japanese hot spring! ^____^We went to North Kyoto, Kurama:
There was also a pretty famous mountain called Hiei:
;P ... *coughs* *coughs* Sorry I guess I have to fangirl a bit XD KYAH!~
If they´re SO close, I really have to approve of them as REAL yaoi pairing, no? ^____^
Ahem~ ... anyway, on to the photos ^^;
See? See? SEE????!!!! XD .... Okay, I´ll shut up now ;P
Anyway Kurama Onsen was pretty high and so we had a long journey to get there, but it was REALLY nice there!
Very rural and surrounded by mountains :)

And then we arrived at Kurama Onsen :) If you ever were there, you prolly know this huge red mask with the long nose, right? ^^
It´s a Tengu!
And this is the small onsen hotel itself. It was REALLY small with only a few rooms and we were the only foreigners staying there! ^-^V
You can also see the small shuttle bus on the right. That bus brought us from the train station to the hotel and also brought us to other spots. Very convenient!
That´s the way that leads to the outdoor bath! ^____^
That was our bathroom. Of course without shower, because you won´t need it in an onsen of course ;P
And this was the (GOD THANK YOU) Western style (hightech XD) toilet :)
hesaki had fun playing around with the toilet lid, because it went up and down automatically XDDDD;
Our futons ^-^ The hotel personnel arragned everything for us, we didn´t need to do anything ourselves ^^
HAAAaaa~ so great!
This was also part of our room. We also received Yukatas, socks for the special shoes etc. ^^
Green tea and traditional Japanese sweets as a welcoming gift
Our room key ^____^ ..... but ... we soon discovered that there was a BETTER room, because ...
.. there was a MATSU(Jun) room!!!!!! *spazzes* .... AAHAHHHHHa~ ... and it was next to our room ;o; ...
MATSUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU~ ... I wonder if there was a chibi MatsuJun sitting in that room? ;o; ...
we´ll never know XD ... at least we got to see an Arashi show on tv being NEXT to the Matsu room XD ... and we WERE spazzing and giggling and whatnot! XD ...
And that was our room XD ... it was great, but just not .... Matsu, you know? ;P

And then we started to wander around a bit ^^
That´s Kurama :) .... it´s really up in the mountains XD ... but it was really a gorgeous little town :)
And then we were climbing even HIGHER to go to a temple and some small shrines :)

On our way up we also saw TONS of spiders .............. (T_T) well better than worms I guess XD
Again: wash your hands and mouth before praying ;)

WOAH! So gorgeous! Me wanna live there! (*-*)
And yes it was raining a bit, but not for too long ^^ (and the hot onsen was awaiting us anyway ^^)

We discovered some interesting things and made tons of photos again XD

Well, after we came back we went to the outdoor bath (2 times). Of course you can´t make photos of it, because there are naked people in it XDDDD
So I just photographed that poster. It´s the onsen we were in and it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo great!!!! (*-*)V
I totally miss that ;____________; ..... haaaa~ ... and that great view, because we were surrounded by mountains! ^^
And that´s the indoor bath (blue for males, red for females - for those who can´t read at all XDDDD)
You´ve prolly seen those a thousand of times in various animes, nee? ^^; ....
We went to the male bath of course, because we wanted to see some hot guys
I made that photo in the morning when nobody was in there, but we had to hurry, so it´s not a great photo. Furthermore this is only ONE part of the indoor bath (^^;)
There were 3 basins and one sauna ^^
I didn´t use the sauna, but I went into the VERY cold basin a few times and then back in the VERY hot one ^___^ kimochiiiiiii~
That´s what you see when you get out of the indoor bath (part of the hotel).
When we came back to our room the futons were alreday like this ^-^
We also received a Japanese newspaper XD
HOHOHOHOHOoooo~ I´ve always wanted to do this!!! I´ve seen it in tons of animes/mangas before.
People coming out of an onsen and then drinking milk XDDDD ... YAAAAY it felt soooo great :3
Okay, and then we were leaving the next day ;o; .......
The shuttle bus drove us back to the station. I made this photo because I was fascinated by that small monitor (you can see what happens behind the car!!! So cool XD)
At the station (where we were more than once) was this cute, green VW bus ^_____^; .....................................
but actually that was not what we were interested in, but rather ....
THIS cute guy!!!!11111!! XDDDD ..... *ahem* ... unfortunately we weren´t able to take any GOOD and sharp photos of him ;o; ... but .. we were stalking him for quite a while XDDD

And that was our "train" back ^^ ...... we then headed for Kyoto station and then rode the Shinkansen to get to Tokyo .. finally ...
... but that´s another story and ... yeah next will be TOKYO PHOTOS!~ ...
