I don't think codeine is available over the counter in the US - at least according to my sisters' reactions the last time I was over.
Excerdin is an aspirin brand, they have a fab product called Excerdin Migraine (aslo branded as Excerdin Extra Strenght, but chemically the same), which is a mix of asiprin, paracetamol (though its often just called acetaminophen in the US and listed as such on packaging), and caffiene. It's good stuff.
Can't tell you about the other stuff, sorry!
