Hello Old Soul
Firstly, welcome to all my new friends :)
It's such an exciting journey I'm about to begin getting to know each of you. Please forgive the first few weeks while I adjust to having so many more awesome journals to read and comment on if I don't comment on every journal entry you make.
Secondly, I finally got a sleep in today! 10am, it was lovely - so much better than having to be up for work at 4:30am. Not fun. I spent most of the morning sleeping and watching stupid morning tv, but it was well worth the boredom, as its not often I can do it.
I have to head out soon, off to the Special School where I volunteer for an hour and a half every week. I know its not much, but its a start and gives the teachers and extra pair of hands. After that its out to Riding for the Disabled, where I also volunteer on thursdays by feeding/grooming and putting away their horses for the night. Now that can be a little time consuming, especially when one is doing it all by themselves, but I miss not owning my own horses anymore and so this is a nice way to give something back and enjy myself.
I wanted to make a cheesecake this afternoon, I can see that's not going to happen now! lol I just wanted to make it because I've been in a terribly persistant mood to devour it for the past two days, so maybe it's a good thing I'm too busy to make it?

Oh Vey! Really?!?!??! You had to pick probably the three people I despise most in this world eh?
I'd marry Justine Bieber, only I'd divorce him pretty much after 48 hours when I've had enough of hearing his voice break during general conversation.
I'd shag Shane Warne, but only so I could then tell the Media and make crap loads of money from my story.
And, ugh, Kanye West? Really, there is nothing more I despise than arrogant stuck up people, regardless of how talented they may or may not be, so he'd be the first of them over a cliff and hopefully the other two would follow before I get caught and charged as a seriel man killer.
You're allowed to take three things to a desert island with you, what are they?
Interesting, this is a DESERT island? As in - island with no food, water, shelter? Techincally, I'm screwed, I wouldn't last more than a week, unless I could bring an unlimited supply of water and a never ending packet of tim tams (and even then, the tim tams would do nothing for my already curvy figure!)
If I was stranded on a DESERTED island though, I would take my copy of Jane Eyre (because without it I'd have no sane escape for my imagination), a book on edible sea animals and crustaicians (just to help expand the diet), and a violin (perfect opportunity to learn an instrument I've always wanted to and not have to make anyone else's ears bleed). See, those options way better than the ones mentioned before.
Last movie you watched and what do you rate it?
The Time Travellers Wife.
I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't go as far as to say I loved it, but yeah. I enjoyed seeing my precious Eric Bana in a different role. He was beautiful, as always. :D
Favourite moment in the Tomorrow Series? ******SPOILERS*******
I have so many favorite moments, its not even funny: The escape from Harvey's Hero's. Robyn's death. Finding Chris dead (weird favorite moment I know, but I loved Robyn during that scene), Floating down the river into Stratton, Fi getting to see her parents, Feeding the cow some sort of medicine to make it go crazy... (although I think that was The Ellie Chronicles) - too many to name just one.
What is the thing that most attracts you about the opposite sex?
Physically- it's the eyes, always the eyes. They hold a persons personality, they're like the blurb written on the back of a book, you can learn so much about a person through their eyes.
Mentally- A quick sense of humour and a readiness to accept people for who they are and not discriminate for that. I mean, I like a guy with opinions, but as long as he knows when and where to share them.
Emotionally- I don't want some new age, all sensitive guy, but someone who knows when its best to keep their mouth shut or to touch me on the shoulder just to let me know that they're there if I need them wouldn't go too far astray.
