So, I haven't been apart of the Twilight fandom for a serious long time. I still don't own Eclipse on dvd, even though it was my favorite book. I've not had anything to do with Twilight related for ages, and I've believed it was a good thing.
And then I found this:
Seriously. My J/B fangirl heart spluttered to life and started roaring. :(
I don't want to be involved with this fandom anymore, but what could have been the Jacob/Bella 'relationship' was just so right, and I was utterly devistated when they didn't include a montage like this during the kiss in Eclipse. For Seriously. It was my favorite part in the book, and I think this is what killed the fandom for me in the end.
The script writer/director/SUMMIT are so obviously into disney-ing the Twilight fandom up and not displaying it as it should be that they couldn't even include a moment between Jacob and Bella, where she realized that her future with him could be so much happier, so much more 'normal'?
It's like the fairytale of Sleeping Beauty: Disney glossed that over too, only the truth was, that Sleeping Beauty ended up eaiting her children or some shit like that, or so the 'original fairytale goes'.
The particular fanvid shown, almost breaks my heart. This could have been a beautiful love story, if only Stephenie Meyer hadn't felt the need to screw it up.
