Ooh! This one was my prompt! Yay! And a very cool take on the prompt this is. It's just a great Mickey, and I love the little world-building details that you manage to put into such a short space. Extra points, by the way, for using second person and actually pulling it off. I think that's a tricky thing to make work.

I was a little concerned about how I interpreted the prompt, but the idea seemed to work so I ran with it. This is actually my very first second person fic, since that seemed the best way to tell Mickey's side.

Oh, he's so much more than the tin dog! I love Mickey because he evolves, probably more than any other character in the series.
