Summary: Kevin do not want to sleep alone...
Tired and exhausted, U-Kiss were standing in the elevator of their hotel and rode to the ninth floor where they resided during their current Japan promotional tour. There were only a few days left before their new MV and also their new album would be released and they knew that the Kiss Me's were already eager to see and hear their new songs.
They had practiced their choreographies again and again, had eradicated every single flaw and even the tiniest uncertainty that everything would be perfect for their upcoming fan meeting tomorrow.
Kevin sighed and leaned against the cool glas wall of the elevator behind him. Soohyun and he had been in the practice room since the very early morning and had danced and sung their souls out. The others arrived gradually and they had almost worked without any break.
Their manager had to force them to eat something and rest for a moment during the late afternoon, because he knew Soohyun and Kevin and their habits of overexert their bodies.
The elevator stopped jerky and Soohyun wrapped an arm around the waist of an already half sleeping Kiseop, who immediately leaned on him. "Good night together." the oldest waved at them and he, Dongho and Kiseop left the elevator.
"Night..." Jaeseop yawned tired and weary, waved back at them with a smile before the elevator door closed again and brought them up to the next floor.
Kevin sighed and closed his eyes, wearily, enjoyed the silence in the small moving cubicle. It was already two thirty in the morning and he actually didn't wanted to go back to his empty hotel room and sleep alone in the big bed.
He had actually been looking forward to spend the night with Eli, but the latter was still in Seoul and was recovering from his severe flu. Of course health was important and Kevin hoped that Eli was Feeling better soon, but right now and during the last few nights he had missed him incredibly.
Of course Kevin wasn't really alone, because he was always with one of the others, but in the evenings and during the nights he felt lonely and all he wanted was cuddle with Eli, sleep in his arms and wake up there the next morning.
"Hey...Kevin." AJ's voice tore him from his doze and he blinked questioningly up at the rapper, rubbed his eyes sleepy. "Hmm?"
"We're there." Jaeseop smiled apologetically and grabbed Kevin and Hoon by their wrists, pulled them out of the elevator and into a quiet hallway. While Kevin stumbled more bad than good behind AJ, it seemed that Hoon followed him like in a trance, snuggled sleepily into Jaeseop's side while they were walking down the hallway and muttered sleepily to himself.
Kevin grinned and reached into his pocket for his room key when AJ suddenly let him go. "Sleep well, Kev." Hoon smiled tired at him and waved him goodbye. "Have a nice night..."
"You two, too." Kevin waved back and wondered about the statement at the same time. After all, they all knew that Eli wasn't with him and that he often immediately fell asleep as soon as he fell onto his bed, or after he had phoned with Eli.
Kevin sighed, opened his door and slipped almost silently into the room, closed the door quietly and leaned exhausted at the warm wood.
"Ugh... A kingdom fo-" all of a sudden, Kevin noticed a faint glimmer of light through his closed eyelids and he carefully opened them. "What... the..."
The floor of his room was covered all over with candles and rose petals. The candles wrapped the actually empty room in a warm and welcoming light and the smell of the petals was just amazing. Kevin closed his eyes and took a deep breath, before he slowly stepped further into the room, a bright grin on his face.
He looked around, puzzled. Had he perhaps entered the wrong room? No, that was impossible, because he had opened the door with his key card and there was also his suitcase.
Whoever was responsible for this had made him an incredible happy. "Wow..." he whispered breathlessly while his gaze wandered through the room.
Kevin was completely captivated by the sight, when suddenly someone looped his arms around his waist and shoulders, and a face was nestled into the crook of his neck. Kevin instantly froze in his movement and his heartbeat skipped a beat, but it took only the fraction of a moment before he realised who was standing behind him and he leaned into the gentle, yet strong and protective embrace.
"Do you like it?" he asked in a low voice and gave Kevin a tender kiss on the temple. "Yes!" Kevin nodded and couldn't look away from his surprise.
Suddenly, Kevin recognized however who was standing right behind him and turned in his arms to look at him with wide eyes. "What on earth are you doing here?" he asked when he saw the turned-down mouth guard and the tired look of Eli. "You should be at home and in you bed and recuperate you."
Eli grinned. "A little bird has chirped me that you feel lonely, so I took the next plane and I came here." he said, still grinning. "Are you not happy that I'm here for you?" His smile faded slightly.
"Of course I am!" Kevin exclaimed and wrapped his arms around Eli, hid his face at his neck. "Oh God... I cann't believe that you're really here... please tell me that this isn't a dream!"
"Believe me, baby!" Eli smiled and hugged Kevin tight. "This is not a dream, I'm here! With you!"
