Stuff.
1. Some politics: Jill Stein is trying for an recount in three swing states. (I reblogged a Tumblr post that has some reasons why, and the sources look credible.) It looks like they have enough for a recount in one state so far, but the deadline for the remaining two are Monday and next Wednesday, so time's short.
(The chances that this will change anything are very, very slim. But. I definitely think looking at the results is a very worthy cause.)
2. NaNo word count is currently 37,117. If I get to 40,000 words today (which is my goal), I'll be caught up and on track to win NaNo on time. I'm still hoping I can get done sooner so I can take a couple days to rest and then start working on Yuletide treats and 1D Big Bang. I don't imagine I'll get a ton of writing done next month - I haven't started on anything remotely present-like yet, sigh - but the opportunity for new stories would be nice.
3. The Pokemon Go event's fun so far! I haven't caught a Ditto yet, but I'm still holding out hope. At least my XP's good in the meantime.
