They say, in any relationship, you shouldn't build your world around the other person. Fuck them and their stupid defensive 'i dun wanna get hurt' ideas. Fuck that. We're all going to get hurt anyway, so why not go for the gold? One way or the other, the person I love is going to die, and I don't want to feel, at the end of the day, that I loved any less than I truly felt. I don't want to feel that I wasn't able to show her that I really loved her. Sure, I'll get hurt, probably more than the next person. But at least I didn't lie to myself. At least I didn't love halfway.
