TV Roundup

We are off to the Cranberry Festival a few towns over in a bit and I hope we get a chance at the bog tour this time! We got there too late last year and they finished the tours for the day.

New Once Upon a Time tonight. \o/ I like saying that. *g* But that isn't the only show I watch and I wanted to jot down a few notes about other shows before I head out.

Elementary

I don't know how well it's going over in general (either in the general public or in the fandom which loves BBC Sherlock), but I LIKE it and I like Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock. He works for me. He actually works better for me than Robert Downey Jr.'s version. I think the movies are great fun but I basically think of him as playing some other character since he doesn't feel like Sherlock to me. *shrugs* I know they messed with the origin story in the show but I'm willing to go with it since we are talking a potential multiyear many episode show. An extra getting to know you arc seems fine to me.

Warehouse 13

Well, they certainly like their cliffhangers! Poor Leena! I can't say she was ever favorite character of mine but she was part of the Warehouse world and with Jinks back I'm thinking she is extra dead. But then they brought HG back too so it's possible! Anyone else annoyed that HG and Myka had no scenes since she came back? I want interaction! Myka needs love. :)

Revenge

I watched the season premiere last night and I would say it was a fine episode but mostly setup and I'm not into the show enough to be all excited by setup. However, it was good to see Nolan again! And I like the new mystery to uncover. And was anyone surprised that Victoria was alive? Yeah, not so much. I was a little surprised that they didn't drag it out a little though. I'm glad they didn't since it wasn't much of a twist and now we can get onto the story.

Person of Interest

LOVE IT! I adored the first two episodes! Amy Acker can bring it as a sociopath to the point that I was worried for Finch even though he is a main character and not going anywhere. I was completely fooled by the two girls in the flashbacks as they intended with the long, brown hair on Hanna. *g* I also loved how everyone worked together now that everyone knows what's going on. And Reese and Finch were reunited! Yay! Everything is as it's supposed to be again.
