David Tennant was considerate and did not have any news until I got back from vacation. He is a very polite man after all. Today, though, I am back and we do have two bits of news. :D
Ah, well. It looks like no David Tennant on Retreat. I was hoping that he was still going to do it but there had really been an absence of confirming information about his involvement since the initial announcement. It's probable that none of the actors were still contracted (assuming that they had ever been) once the movie changed up the filming location/timeframe. I was looking forward to David as a villain in a thriller though. Hmph. Of course, the Fright Night announcement came as a surprise so who knows what he is doing next! I certainly don't. And there was talk that he was going to have to shave his head for the Retreat role. David Tennant without his hair? How does that even work?
On the plus side, he will be the host of Masterpiece Contemporary! At least according to the Masterpiecepbs twitter. This means we get to enjoy his lovely voice and face on PBS once again. \o/
And now I leave you with the latest Single Father picture. That did show up while I was gone, so I couldn't FULLY APPRECIATE it. Now I can. *appreciates the pretty*
