Samosas Yum!
Mmmmmmmm. You really can't beat awesome, homemade samosas for dinner! Not that I made these myself. Nope. I just fried them and took their picture. Not that I couldn't, in theory, make samosas, but when I have a friend to give me some I'm perfectly happy to enjoy their labor while thanking them profusely. *g* Yep, my method for procuring somosas is to visit my in-laws, go to a party at my-laws at which their somosa-making friend Z is also a guest, eat some samosas Z made for said party, talk about how awesome they are, protest (just a bit!) as Z insists that I take a couple of bags of them for my freezer, and then thank her a lot. This is a good method.*
*I can add the recipe and not tease if someone wants to see it. I can't, however, vouch for it's completeness since I've never made them. Also, it's fairly complicated and is best done with a few friends so you can make a huge batch of them for everyone's freezers. Hence my plan of involving an expert of the batch method.
