I watched Pushing Daisies last night! This season continues to make me very happy.
Yay! Olive is coming back! And Ned apologized for being such an ass to her! And Olive and Chuck realized that they thought of each other as sisters! All these things make me happy.
It's interesting how quickly they disposed of the 'Lily is Chuck's mom' secret. All that maneuvering and it's all told within an episode. Though I wonder how long that new knowledge is going to encourage Chuck to stick around. She's been making all kinds of moving on noises and I don't belong noises. Will this end them?
We also got a definitive answer on Chuck's perception of her family tree. To her, Charles was the son of the man who married Lily's and Vivian's mother, so they were aunts, but not by blood. Though is it clear that Charles Charles was indeed her father? Or does she just think he was and Vivian's fiance was someone else?
That pig was damn dangerous! I wouldn't want to be in a tower with him. He killed Larue and attempted to kill Chuck and Olive. Though it seems that Olive doesn't hold a grudge. I'm happy that they didn't go for the obvious murderers, the Mother Superior and the priest. The pig was a nice twist.
I hope we get some resolution soon on Emerson's missing daughter. I don't want to be sick of hearing about her before she even shows up.
I guess that chef was a really awesome cook. Ned was shoveling it in as quick as he could. Not even finding out that the chef and Larue had sex right on that table got him to pause for more than a second. Actually I think he was willing to have sex with the chef in exchange for his food processor. Hee!
The only bad part of the episode is that with everyone in religious garb, I didn't get my dose of clothes porn for the week.
