Back from Birmingham, and exploding all over carnifex_atrox's room with my stuff, amazingly. For once, I don't think I forgot anything, which is a first.
We went to Wagamama's, which is a very tasty Japanese restaurant, and the Pear Tree which is a very tasty Wetherspoon's pub. Met Nic, and Dan, who is dating Nic, who is basically Demyx. If you met Demyx in real life, it would be like meeting Nic. She's adorable but you slightly have to wonder for your own sanity at the end of it.
Watched Neverwhere. Hunter is love, and FRAN FROM BLACK BOOKS IS LAMIA AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH actually she looks frighteningly good in a tight PVC bodice OH DEAR GOD THAT'S FRAN D=
Played lots and lots of Days. Got murdered by the Leechgrave three times before I just handed it over to carnifex_atrox. IT WAS A TEDIOUS BOSS AND I AM LAZY, OKAY? Revenge was had in the form of making me finish off Atlantica on Final Mix. Twice. After the first time there was confusion as to why the second part of Tron hadn't opened, and apparently you actually do have to complete the second part of the Coliseum, and both sections of the Pride Lands to open it, before you get to Twilight Town the second time, or it gets missed completely.
At least I didn't get stuck beating on the coin stealing boss Luxord sends after you a second time when it was a case of going back to an earlier save.
I still don't know why you'd WANT to play the tedious bits of the game to open up an even more tedious bit of the game BUT ANYWAY.
Co-op mode on Days was fun, too, as was the sight of Zexion smacking Demyx around the back of the head with a book.
We epic failed at the music quiz in the Cadbury club, so much so that we didn't even win the boobie prize of a packet of crisps.
Spent all day friday in my pyjamas.
Incidentally, it's amazing how hard it is to figure out where to go next in KH2 when all the text is in moonspeak.
I went with cookies and a lurgy, and came back with no lurgy, a Sebastian from Black Butler, Saix's weapon on a keyring, a light up snowflake, and a plushie shark.
Happy me is happy. It was a fun week.
Now I've nearly finished Days. I've got three left to go. Roxas is such a fucking woobie it's unreal. He's adorable. And I actually like Axel now. Which is unfair. =|
Also, no sympathy for DiZ ever because he's a cock. He is such a cock. I don't care that he got thrown into the Darkness, he's still a cock.
