Who the fuck is doing what at four thirty in the damn morning on a thursday to set the fire alarms off? And why?
It was unpleasant. The alarm went off for a tiny little burst, and I kind of went "Ngh? ... Nah." And then it went off again properly and I had to pull on some pyjama bottoms and find my slippers, and my keys so I didn't get locked out, and that is not easy at four thirty in the morning when you're deafened by an alarm.
... If there had been a fire in my flat, I'd have been dead. But that's okay, because we had a fire drill at the start of the year where I didn't even make it out of my room. People came in to check the floor was empty. It wasn't, but they thought it was.
At least this time I made it out of the building.
Had a long, lengthy conversation with mother today as well. It's all the same old load of nothing. She's in horrible amounts of debt, currently owes me £500, but she's managing. Stepdad still doesn't have a job, but he's currently covering his old window cleaning round for the guy he sold it to.
TST keeps giving me glee at the moment, even if I feel like I'm being made of horrible fail. Somewhere between my timezone, and not being around all that much right now, I keep ending up leaving people hanging, and it makes me feel so guilty. Once this log's done, I'm hiatusing there, too.
Although I have no idea WHAT the Jaegers are planning with Larxene right now. There are little leather codpieces and things and it's hilarious and frightening at the same time. If Larxene was anybody else she'd have run away.
Bleach chapter was lame. I also find it kind of sad the number of people who are going "omg Kubo ttly ripped the design for Barragan's release from [other manga]".
No, guys, Kubo styled him after Death, as in the Grim Reaper. Big damn skeleton in a black cloak, usually depicted wearing a crown. Really. Just because a million other manga have used the reference doesn't mean he's stealing it from there. Even I give Kubo more credit than that, and I think he pulls this crap out of his arse.
Soi Fon losing her arm was lame, but not unexpected. I think that brings the tally of people who've lost their arms in Bleach up to thirteen now, not including Hitsugaya.
Who, by the way, had better get seriously owned by Halibel. I think she just owned his bankai hard, anyway. Dead Captain Pampers, pls.
