house and home
Since early October I've been house sitting for a couple who were away for about 3 months. They are coming back on Monday. I know them pretty well. They have a picture of me graduating from hight school on their fridge, a fact remarked on by many who have visited me here. These friends who own this house have invited me to stick around after they get back. This is very thoughtful and kind, and I'm going to take them up on it, at least for the moment while I am around. I think it could be fun to live with them, though I think I'm likely to also feel like I'm in the way. We'll see how that all works out. Having a place to call home is often both useful and pleasant.
