I have a Chem test tonight, a Book to read (Philip Roth's The Plot Against America) by tomorrow, a Calc quiz in Friday, and about 3 weeks worht of reading (plus one summary paper and a paper for every class since the beginning of the semester) due on Monday for a class that I just added into this week (he's trying to make sure I make up what I miss...this from the same class that I'm reading a 400 page book for in one week. Work is also hectic. I finished my newsletter but had to learn some basic html in order to put it online.
Travis and I had a few differences on Friday, but things have been discussed and worked out. I feel so lucky to be with someone who values actually talking things out as opposed to yelling. It's nice to know that you can calmly talk things out with someone you love so much. He's a great guy.
I've been asked to help a friend of mine throw a kegger this weekend (right...like I know much about throwing parties...the only ones I've thrown have been fairly small and largely impromptu). Travis is going to be gone on a field trip for his paliontology (sp?) class from Friday morning until Monday evening, so it's not really like I have much better things to do. Luckily it's not at my place, so if I get bored with it, I can just leave.
This semester has been crazy thus far. I think Travis put it the best today when he said something about wishing he were still a bad student that didn't care (he had some bad grades for a while because he didn't really care) because it was a lot easier than all the studying he has to do now. I agree...oh for the days when I was a lazy horrid college student...
