We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide end user support on all firm hardware and software.
Principal duties include providing technical support for all firm supported applications and hardware to end users via phone, e-mail, desk side support, and remote control. The candidate will be responsible for documenting all support calls received along with the installation and upgrading of hardware and software.
The successful candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, work well within a team, possess excellent customer service skills, troubleshooting ability, a professional attitude and appearance plus demonstrate a superior ability to learn new concepts, products and technologies
Technical qualifications include knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Printers (Xerox, HP), practice-specific legal applications (Summation, TimeMap, etc.) and Notebook Computers
This position requires the person to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. However, depending on projects and deadlines, overtime will be required.
