She anxious for Oliver to get to the Watchtower for two reasons, one, she wanted to hear about his plan, and she had the feeling it was going to be pretty similar to her own, and two, because she was starving and he had promised to bring her chinese

"Honey, I'm home," he joked as he stepped into the Watchtower. He grinned at her and lifted up the bag of food he'd brought from the Chinese place a few blocks away.

Chloe grinned a little and stretched her arms in front of herself, "took you long enough," she teased back then started towards the couch, "not only were you keeping me hungry but also curious."

"You only love me cause I bring you food," he teased with a smirk as he gave her the bag.

Taking the bag, she sat down and started pulling the take out boxes out, "and answer my questions," she nodded, smirking in agreement.

"You're also very demanding." He smirked back and sat down beside her, taking one of the boxed containers. "I've got a few ideas. I'm assuming you're referring to the one involving Bart?"

Raising her eyebrows, she cocked her head, "I'm willing to listen to all of your ideas," with a smirk, she watched him, and while waiting for him to speak, her brain might have gone places that had nothing to do with the problem at hand.

"And that's what I love about you." He flashed her a grin and took a bite of food, chewing and swallowing before he responded. "I'm thinking we should send Bart in to do a little re-con. In and out before he can be seen."

She smiled brightly at him and nodded, "actually, the mission I said I had for you, I had Bart in mind for it in the first place, so that will work out perfectly."

He gave a mock-sigh. "I've been replaced by a younger, speedier guy. I think I'm hurt."

Grinning, she reached and patted his arm, "don't worry, you can stay here with me and enjoy the view of the cameras that the younger, speedier guy will be installing for us."

At that, he grinned. "Brilliant."

"We need to bug as much of the mansion as we can, also, without Stuart there, if Bart can take the time to install a bug on their internal computer system, I can hack it from here, even if it's not connected to any networks." She told him, raising her eyebrows as she picked up a box of food.
