Since they got back from their trip, Chloe and Oliver didn't really have time to go on dates, not that it really mattered, they had spent a lot of time together since Chloe was still staying with Oliver since her kidnap

Chloe laughed again and shrugged a shoulder, "overpaid Hollywood writers? Maybe we should write a more realistic version of a horror movie." She grinned and raised her eyebrows.
She glanced at the screen and shook her head before turning back to look at him, "possibly, but that wouldn't be nearly as much fun as writing it with you."
She returned the kiss for a long moment then pulled back, shrugging and smiling brightly at him, "pretty sure we can figure out exactly what happened."
He smiled back at her, pressed a kiss to her forehead and looked toward the screen. "Does this mean we have to get up?" he joked, groaning as he stretched a little.
"Maybe?" She grinned softly, pulling back to stretch too, "I guess the employees will be mad at us if we don't leave," Chloe leaned close again and kissed his cheek before getting up, "I can't believe we ate all of that popcorn after dinner," she said as she picked up the empty bag.
"I can't believe we actually saw most of the movie," he responded with a grin as he rose to his feet, stretching his arms out over his head. He slid his hand into the pocket of his jeans under the guise of pulling out his car keys, tapping a button on his Blackberry as he did so. Then he reached out and pulled her into a hug.
Chloe paused, raising her eyebrows a little but returned the hug, she cocked her head to look up at him and smiled, "what was that for?" Not that he needed a reason to hug her, but it had been a little out of the blue.
He smiled back at her. "Just because," he said with a slight shrug, reaching down to take her hand as they headed for the exit. He hoped Bart had remembered to leave his phone on, and that the younger man was already outside. Probably on the roof of the theater. As long as he kept out of sight.
The younger man knew the drill. Just be close by in case he was needed. Once they'd made it safely to the car, Bart would probably head south--to Mexico. It seemed to be one of his favorite places to be.
She trashed the bag of popcorn on their way out, wrapping her arm around him again as they walked outside, they were closer to her apartment than she had been in the past few days, the only time she had gone back there after the kidnap was to pick up more clothes and things she needed.
Chloe glanced in the direction of her apartment once they got in the car and chewed on her bottom lip, considering for a moment, "do you wanna go back to my place tonight?"
"Sure. If that's what you want to do," he said, glancing at her as he started the car. "But do you mind if we swing by the clock tower first? I need to grap some extra clothes. I don't think I have anything at your place."
She blinked, looking at him surprised, "no, of course not." She had expected a completely different reaction from him but was glad to get that one instead, she didn't want him to be upset about it because she planned on going back to her apartment soon.
He smiled faintly and drove them toward the clock tower in a comfortable silence. A question burned in the back of his mind, but he wasn't quite ready to spring it on her just yet. Truthfully the idea of going to her apartment wasn't that big a deal to him. He didn't care where they were. Plus shortly after Tina had broken into Chloe's place a few weeks ago, he'd had a security system installed.
