Recruiting with dl_greenarrow and woman_0f_wonder

They had been looking into the DC area hero for a while, Chloe had had information on the other woman for months and she knew at least a few things she was capable of already. This woman seemed to be just as power as Clark, if not more. And she really didn't seem to bother covering her tracks at all

"Oliver!" Chloe gasped, wondering what the hell was wrong with him, completely forgetting that they were supposedly undercover at the moment, not that it really mattered since everyone knew who he was.

"I don't know why he's saying those things, but he's one of the good guys." She told the much taller woman.

"He admits his intentions are impure yet you still affirm him?" She shot the smaller woman a strange, mostly confused, look. "Sister, you are stronger than you know. Do not settle for this man simply because he seems a protector."

[dl_greenarrow]

"Hey!" He frowned a little up at the woman, a flash of hurt crossing over his face. "I'm not that bad for second choice, you know?"

[chloeas]

"He's not impure and he's not my protector we're equa--" Chloe started then stilled, staring back down at him, her eyes wide as she looked at him in disbelief, "second choice?" She asked, her eyes narrowing, "is that what you think you are?"

Well. This certainly was a curious situation. She just glanced between the two, interested to see it all play out. Watching human interaction was always a telling thing to see.

"Yes. No." He tried to move in an attempt to throw his hands in the air, but the lasso didn't allow much room for squiggle room. "Maybe? Hell, I don't know."

She glared at him for a moment longer then looked over at the woman again. "Let him go, he may be a complete idiot, but he's still one of the good guys."

They were there to recruit her and not to solve the marital issues they apparently still had.

Diana shrugged and, with a quick flick of her wrist, freed the man from the constraints of her lasso.

He winced, looking down at the marks on his arms and slowly getting to his feet, holding his hands up in front of him and not moving toward either of them. He had a feeling if he made the wrong move, this woman wouldn't really hesitate to drop him right off the side of the building.

Chloe took a deep breath and looked at him for a moment then took a step toward the woman, "I'm Watchtower," she introduced herself, "this is Green Arrow, we came to the city hoping to contact you."

"Diana of Themyscira," she nodded, bowing her head slightly before giving her another curious look. "Or Wonder Woman, as the city seems to have dubbed me."

She wound the lasso back into its loop.

"You were looking for me?"

Oliver pursed his lips for a moment, raising his eyebrows. "Yeah, we were. From the news."

[chloeas]

She nodded her agreement but kept her eyes on the other woman, "we are very impressed with how much good you have been doing around the city, we do something similar where we are from," she explained, "you might have read about the Green Arrow in the papers."

"I think I have heard of you," she said thoughtfully, glancing between them both. "You have a ring of great power, do you not?"

Oliver raised his eyebrows a little. "No, that's the other Green guy," he said with a wry smile. Hal Jordan hadn't even been someone he knew a week ago, but apparently that didn't hold true for everyone else.

[chloeas]

"The Green Lantern," Chloe clarified, glancing at her husband then back at the woman, "you might have read about the vigilante act a few months back, Green Arrow is the person they were after."
