He had listed everything they had on the kitchen for her to see if anything sounded appetizing, he had listed all the menus, had offered to send Bart anywhere in the world to pick up food for her, and now he was trying to think of

Chloe held her breath and smiled, wrapping her arms around him and pulling him close as she looked down to her stomach, "not trouble we can't handle anyway."

He leaned his forehead against hers, hand still on her stomach. "We'll be more careful," he murmured, his thumb stroking her skin lightly.

She kissed the corner of his mouth and even though she knew what he meant, she wanted to keep the mood light, "well, we don't have to worry about being careful for a while."

Oliver stilled for a moment, lifting his head to look at her intently, his eyes darkening just a little.

Chloe raised her eyebrows and bit down on her bottom lip, smiling slowly and raising a hand to his cheek.

Oliver turned his head and pressed a kiss to the palm of her hand, then met her eyes once more. "Not here," he murmured, kissing her softly.

She kissed him back for a moment then pulled back just enough so she could talk, "I have no preferences," she whispered against his lips.

He brushed his nose against hers, sliding an arm beneath her and tugging her closer to him. "Need more room," he murmured, sliding off the couch and lifting her into his arms.

Chloe grinned softly and wrapped her arm around his neck, "maybe we need a bigger couch." She teased.

"Anything you want," he responded with a grin, carrying her toward their bedroom.

"I have the feeling I'll be hearing that a lot until the kid gets here," she teased, kissing his cheek lightly. At least she had gotten him to relax.

"And after. Actually you should just get used to hearing it for the rest of your life, because..." He shrugged a little, laying her down on the king-sized bed. "You're stuck with me."

"I know I am, and that is what makes this thing a whole lot easier to deal with," she told him, touching his face, "we're a family already, we're just adding one more member to it."

A soft smile touched his mouth and he nodded, kissing her palm once more and sliding his body over hers. "Yeah," he whispered, pressing a soft kiss to her mouth, and then her chin.

Chloe closed her eyes for a second then ran her hand over his back gently, "I love you," she whispered, turning her head up slightly for him.

Oliver kissed her throat tenderly, closing his eyes. "I love you too. More than you know," he murmured.
