After she dropped Mia off at the school, Chloe made her way to Blockbuster, as promised. She had picked out a variety of movies, including a Bruce Lee one for Ollie and Mia to watch together once they had time. The clerk had assured her it was the best one and by the way he went on and on about it, Chloe believed him. She was almost sorry she asked

Oliver closed his eyes when their lips met. He tugged her down gently so she was sitting on his lap. "You're welcome," he whispered against her mouth.

Chloe shifted on his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him closer and kissing him a little deeper.

"I love you," he murmured, threading a hand into her hair.

Chloe smiled softly and pulled back slightly to look at him, running her fingers over his cheek, "I love you too."

Oliver's eyes were filled with warmth as he gazed at her. He leaned in and kissed the corner of her mouth. "We should probably eat dinner," he murmured, even as he wound his arms around her waist.

She smiled and leaned closer, "we can re-heat pasta, right?" Chloe said quietly, her heart beating faster as she pressed a kiss to the corner of his mouth too, then pulled back just enough to look at him.

He gazed at her intently, searching her eyes. "Is that what you want?" he asked just as quietly.

She paused and held his gaze, nodding a little, "if... you're okay with it."

He reached up and tucked some hair behind her ear. "That would an understatement."

Chloe looked at him for a long moment then took a deep breath and leaned in, kissing him again.

Oliver returned the kiss without hesitation, shifting slightly in the chair and picking her up in his arms.

Chloe grinned against his lips and kissed him a little harder, her heart beating fast because it had been son long for her and she had been wanting this with Ollie for so long too, but she wasn't going to deny herself, deny them both, what they wanted.
