This and that...
I can't wait for Sunday, Father's Day. Not because it's Father's Day but because I will finally get a day off! I worked all weekend at #524 and since I was in the cash office, I was up early. It was kinda like going to my FT job but less hours (6 at most) and more work. I haven't quite figured out if I like working in there. In a way, it's good as I don't have to deal with customers but it's such tedious work that it drives me nuts. Counting money is ok but sorting through all the receipts and reconciling them is not. So, I don't know. Maybe I just need to have my own system that will work for me.
Anyway, I've been trying to plan our Chicago trip. 12-13 hours driving, 6 thru the mountains of Pennsylvania. Still trying to figure out what time we should leave. Hubby want to leave at 9pm and drive until the wee hrs coz that when he's wide awake. I'm apprehensive about it only because the road goes thru the mountains with lots of twists and turns, ups and downs. So, I don't know. Thinking about leaving in the afternoon then stopping at Cleveland to sleep. Then, go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame before heading to Chicago. But that means travelling during the day which I want to avoid. K get motion sickness especially when there is traffic so as much as possible, we will travel at night when she's asleep. Thank goodness I still have almost one more month to plan this.
Well, another day almost over. I wonder what awaits me when I get home? I hope K went back to sleep after I left this morning or at least took a nap this afternoon. Otherwise, she'll be cranky. I wonder is T has another Arashi drawing for me? He's getting so much better with his drawings. And thank goodness he's beginning to listen to other Arashi songs. He has now moved on to Monster and Love So Sweet. Troublemaker was a bit overplayed. :) Oh, Arashi, look what you've done to us!
