My Latest Obsession

This is the latest house I have been obsessing about, the house itself is nothing special but it is in a GREAT neighborhood. The house is being sold as is, it was built in the 40's and hasn't really had any upgrades at all. Not sure if this is something we could actually handle, it needs a lot of work.

That's crazy! I work in Berkeley and S went to Cal, so we are sort of familar with it... How do you know the house?

It's totally random. One of my girlfriends went to see it! She wasn't 100% happy with the area... but everyone's different. You might love it!

cute house! but i totally understand - taking on upgrades is a HUGE amount of work. fabulous that it's in a great hood. ;)
