Happy Birthday to my dad who is 84 today! Family is getting together Saturday at Chevy's Tex-Mex restaurant in his honor. He likes to cook and he likes opera, so I got him an apron that says, "If Aida knew you were Carmen, I'd have made something for you to Nibelungen."
Robert the Drywall Man was a hoot. He talked my ear off. Told me his whole life history with all the sordid details and gave me lots of advice. Such as, "The best way to buy a car is through eBay. The old piece of junk I'm driving now I bought on eBaby by accident for $1,005.00." *snort* He did good drywall patching though, and he and Eric the Plumber and Anthony the Plumber-Son who also dropped by got me thinking about getting the basement fixed up and inhabitable again maybe later in January.
I've got the first pic from the set of "Magic Mike," the male stripper film coming out in July starring Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Joe Manganiello, Matt Bomer, and Matthew McConaughey.
They're doing an "Uncle Sam" routine. No Matt in that pic, but Olivia Munn says Matt can shake it with the best of them. As for Joe, a possibly unrealiable anonymous source says they've nicknamed him "Big Dick Richie." *cackles*
Yes, one film with all the above guys in it. Now, wipe the drool off your keyboards and get back to work.
