It's the flirting that irritates him.
He can handle the swagger, the attitude, his too abrasive morals, hell, his skill with a gun. He can handle his tendency to drink too much, the roaring beast of a car, his salt and ghosts.
The weird symbols (who is he to judge), the angels, the cocky smirk. He even likes his brother, genuinely.
Superman is a team player and Clark Kent a pushover.
But the one thing that really, as Dean puts it, "gets his panties in a twist and squishes his balls so far up-" well, you get the drift, is that stupid way he looks at Chloe. That too assuming gesture as he puts that lock of hair behind her ear.
