Oh god. I am a fucking moron! *hugest facepalm evar* I had the cables in the wrong slots for my modem! Agh! Wasted my entire morning and the guy comes and he's like, 'Oh, this is in the wrong spot!' Right off the bat. Sheesh. Oh, boy, do I feel like a dumb ass. I even set it up in my old apartment on my own. *headdesk* Alright, off to work. *shakes head*
