Drabble-ganza 3 - #48 Wilson/Wes (& Tim/Don) - Crossover extravaganza!
For theferretgirl who asked for Wes/Wilson or Tim/Don, so I did a little of both. Plus some minor Wilson/House is kind of hinted at in friendly terms though. So this is like a...triple crossover! :) Strachey movies/House, M.D./Angel the Series. Woohoo!

Sometimes he still missed House. After 15 odd years with House, it was strange to be without him.
It was especially hard being in a new place, making new acquaintances, finding new routines and new take-out places, new quirks of your new colleagues. Yeah, sometimes he’d rather pack up and move back to Jersey.
But then he’d see Wesley’s sleepy, sated smile out of the corner of his eye when he left in the mornings and he was pretty sure it would all be okay.
That made things less difficult, but change was never--
“Oh, oh I’m so sorry, I didn’t--”
“No, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have been barreling around that corner like that, Dr.- Haven’t I bumped into you before? Dr.--”
“Wilson.”
“Dr. Wilson. I’m so sorry, I was just trying to get to the ER. My partner--”
“Again? He seems to be a little accident prone... If there’s anything I can do, Mr.”
“Callahan. Tim Callahan.”
“Tim. Nice to meet you. Here’s my card. Maybe your partner has run into mine down there,” Wilson said with a shy smile. It was still new being so...open about things, but it seemed right, new place, new start, might as well be upfront.
“For his sake, I hope not,” Tim smiled. “Mine can be quite the, uhh, well, he’s used to playing the tough guy when he’s injured. It was nice to put a name to a face, but I should really--”
“Of course. Good luck with the patient, Tim.”
“Thanks. I’m sure we’ll be seeing each other, Dr. Wilson,” Timothy said before dashing off towards emergency services. And didn’t Tim’s partner sound very familiar, Wilson thought with a smile as he went downstairs to meet Wesley for lunch. Maybe a world without House wouldn’t be so bad after all.
The next prompt is Lock.
