There's this scene where Nick and Grissom are talking about this case involving the daughter of the guy that buried Nick, and Grissom says very firmly, "Well, it's over then," and looks at Nick for a long while in that Grissom way that speaks volumes. And Nick is already feeling betrayed about Grissom not telling him about the tape with her voice on it and he just looks so hurt... so knowing what I know about how the season ends, my little slasher heart says that's when Grissom and Nick break up and Grissom starts seeing Sarah. *sniff* It's so sad. And I don't know if I mean my slash-vision or Nick's heartache. ;)
Slash-vision. That's a good word for it. The ability to see slash in everything. Slash-vision.
