Drabble-ganza 2 - #1 Willow/Riley
Don't ask, I just liked the little scene these two have together when Riley's trying to coax Willow to help him out with Buffy. Just trying to get my claws back into things. It's not 100 even. I'm lost with my Word, but hey, it's something.
I was watching BtVS S4, "The Initiative" and felt like writing a little Willow/Riley for
Walking
"Just talk to her. Talking is good," Willow said, trying for encouraging, but swallowing down a cry of pain or possibly joy at Buffy finding someone new. Oz was still fresh in her memory, his hair still scrunching happily beneath her fingertips. But Buffy deserved some happy.
"Would I steer you wrong?" Willow cajoled, deciding that Riley might do. Short term, at least.
"No, I guess you wouldn't," she liked his smile. It wasn't cocky. Just nice.
Her hand brushed his arm as she stood, and for a second she wished it was her the lanky, smart Riley Finn was going on a mission for.
Yeah, I may decide to open this up, but for now, I'm keeping these as my choice only. You can still sign up to get a drabble though. Umm, here.
