TV talk.

I've been watching S1 of House lately, and I've noticed this:

Foreman doesn't own up to why the homeless woman bugs him so much no matter how much House pries.

Cameron doesn't own up to why she can't tell a patient's family their loved one is going to die, again no matter how much House pries (at least not until a much later episode).

Chase on the other hand, while he doesn't give in right away, he does eventually give in, and he does so full force. He doesn't spare the details.

~~~
I just watched the one where House lies about his patient to get her heart transplant, and Chase freaks out about House firing him.
Chase says, "But I like it here."
And then he goes and snitches on House to save his job *ahem* his place on House's team. And this *right* after the episode with his dad.
This leads me to two conclusions (addled by my slashy brain, of course): a) Chase has amazing amounts of dad angst and sees House as a replacement. b) He's got the biggest crush ever on House, and will do absolutely anything for the guy who is obviously making good use of that fact. ;)
Now, the real question is, do they get some daddy kink going on when they get together? Chase might want it, but House...I don't think he'd do it. Although...his public persona certainly wouldn't, but it seems like he'd be kind of forgiving and cuddly in a more private situation, similarly to how he is with Stacy now.
