Square-Enix sucks at promoting video games
Yesterday I found out about the most horrible thing. Square-Enix
anounced that no Chrono Break (Chrono Brake) was going to be released.
For everyone who is evil (You are evil if you never played Chrono Trigger series, because it is one of the greatest games in existence)
Chrono Break was rumored to be the 4th link in the Chrono series. Starting with Chrono Trigger for SNES, Radical Dreamer for some old Nintendo/Sega system nobody heard of, Chrono Cross for PSone.
I cried. I screamed.
Chrono Break was supposed to be the continuation of Chrono series. Those suits in Square-Enix are too stupid to know a good game from bad one. When to release games, and which games to remake.
They already suceeded in shutting down 2 Chrono Trigger remake projects designed all in 3-D rendered graphic. Sadly Square-Enix threatened to sue the unpaid programmers thousands of dollars. Therefore the Chrono Trigger (Revolution) project was terminated.
I'm guessing at the rate they are going, they are probably planning to take off Final Fantasy VII: Remake for PS3 and Cancel making Final Fantasy XII for PS2 and never release FFVIIAC for US.
