RMs...
I think I know why they're mad at me... I'm bitching at them because they know that the things I'm bitching about are right, and if they actually did them, then I would probably stop bitching, which is probably what they want me to do anyway... but that wouldn't make any sense, now, would it? :p
Whatevs, if they're helping me out with the house, then that's great. It only upset me that this morning, they saw me and my mom busting our asses cleaning and they didn't lift a finger to help. Not only that, they didn't even say hi to me or my mom, how rude! then again, this could be run-over bitching from everything that's been progressively getting worse these past few months...
-Gabe and I breaking up
-Replacement roommates are making Gabe look like the cleanest guy in the world
-Cleaning up after my roommates constantly
-Having my roommates all of a sudden change their mind about the amount of rent due
-Having my roommates unsatisfied with their bathroom arrangements (almost like it's my fault that their bathroom is dirty)
-Blaming everything on me... even when I'm never home.
-Having me pay for everything... as if toilet paper is my responsibility...
-Telling me I'm acting like their mom and that Gabe is my bitch (Female RM: "Male, jump!" Male RM: "How high?")
-RMs (Roommates) saying that Gabe should contribute in rent (not a bad idea) then claiming it was my idea (bad idea, don't mess with me bitches!)
-Other RM saying he has several places to stay, then getting mad at me cause we have to leave soon and suddenly he has nowhere to stay.
-Having left all their trash since CHRISTMAS on the porch. (wasn't me, I was gone for a week)
-Using the outside porch as storage (Throwing their shit in one corner... I have pics)
-Never have they ever taken the trash and/or recycling out.
-They use the washer and dryer every day for 1-2 shirts... I def wash my shirt in the sink.
-RMs are mad at me when they see the utilities are so high.
If they had listened to me to begin with, this would never be happening. If they had kept their promise (Female RM: "The house will always look this clean!") from the very beginning, then none of this would be happening.
I'm repeating myself so much, but I am truly sick of the things that have occurred and I guess I want everyone to know of my struggles. Sure it might not be fair that I have the larger room, but when they first moved in I OFFERED IT TO THEM and they said, "No, Lilly, it's fine! You keep you're room, we wouldn't want to do that to you." Sure, I should've been more strict and firm with the rent payments so they wouldn't talk me out of $300 each to $400 (they pay $200 each and us other two are stuck to bust our ass for $400...) They complain that they're trying to save money and they went out and bought a Wii, laptop, double size bed, a bottle of champagne instead of multiple shirts so they wouldn't need to run the washer so much!!! they're screwing us over so they can save money?? And then the third RM wants to move in with THEM? He told me they were so disgusting!
I cried so much cause I thought all of this was my fault, I don't know how to stop them being mad at me. But you know what? I don't give a shit. They're obviously not my friends if they keep screwing me over financially or any other way. Why do they have a grudge against me?? They ran away from their last roommate cause she was filthy (dogs shitting all over the place, tearing up the apt and she didn't discipline them nor pay for any of the damages.) They've been causing me so much stress. I can't wait until I'm out. I want this to be a clean cut. I'll tell them what's going on, what they owe, and what they need to do to get the hell out of here.
