My horrendous sleeping habits are catching up with me.
Last night I was absolutely shattered by the time I got home from class, but even then, by the time im settled in for the night to go to sleep its way past 11pm, so still only ~4hrs of sleep.
I've been monitoring my sleeping patterns with an iPhone app this past week.
It's proving to be very insightful, and highlights what poor quality my sleep has been.
My average sleep time for the past 7 days has been just slightly over 4 hours per day.
This isnt healthy at all, especially with my workout out etc, my body isnt getting enough time to repair.
I end up feeling like I've been so lazy through the week, that instead of resting on Saturdays and Sundays, I end up forcing myself up, and doing things, mainly working out.
But again, doesnt really do me any good.
Work out, injure the muscles, no sleep, muscles dont repair, no muscle gain or weight loss achieved.
