I am a trained medicare and have ether control and power of around grade nine or so. It can be used for many things, and I supose the easiest way to describe it is magic.

It is an energy that exists in all things and can be manipulated to preform various tasks, so yes.

It is quite helpful. And those who are quite skilled can do much without ever breaking skin. Of course, it is limited, there is no miracle cure, no heal all, but what I have come to understand of the medicine most here practice, they are at a loss without some of their machines. Machines are not needed for medicar work.

Quite useful then. A few of our doctors are resourceful beyond the limited technology, but that is certainly of use to them.

Do you think you were chosen for these medical skills? I often wonder if the scientists draw individuals at random, or with some intent.

I have no idea, I'm not as skilled at it as some, and only recently took up the practice. I think more I was simply unfortunate and part of random chance. In fact this is not the first time I have found myself unwillingly dragged to another world.
