It's not non-con only because he didn't vocalise his consent, though. Without his POV, I would/might agree, but as we see his version, he definitely agrees, although he thinks he's just dreaming. He dreams of her, he's hard, he even puts his hands on her hips - he doesn't know it's real, but he definitely wants it and her. So no non-con.
The good-girl syndrome - yes, I think you hit the spot here. Hermione is always portrayed as the good girl who wouldn't do such a thing, and who, often, has to suffer rape herself to understand how much she likes sex. That is, IMO, the most horrible concept and I don't read such stories anymore (I did in the beginning because I didn't know that there are much better stories out there.) In my world, Hermione has needs, and she's not perfect. I don't think she acts ooc (not too much, anyway ;-) either.
Canon!Hermione, btw, is married to Ron. Huh. Horrible thought! So I usually dump that version of her and create my own *g*
