Entryway with coat rack, table for bill drop-offs and bench for reading the morning news.
Straight from the entryway is the main hall with a few objects for skilling and doors leading to (from left to end) the living room, half-bath, master bedroom, and study room.
Living room with poker table, darts, stereo, and TV area. There's room for a photobooth or a crafting station if you move the stereo a tile.
TV area with game system & phone. All 3 are playtested & functional despite creative placement.

Master bedroom with a desk alcove and private bathroom. Diagonal dresser is functional. This bedspread may look different in your game if you have different default replacement

Study room with bookcases & exercise machine. I added the little table for easy Thinking Cap placement. Doors lead back to main hall and forward to the bedroom hallway.
Hallway outside the kid's room and nursery. Also leads to dining room.
Themed kids room with desk and room for another bed or a double bed if needed.
Colorful nursery with toddler skilling toys. Also has room for a double bed or two twin beds, and a desk when your little ones grow up.
Dining room with doors to closed kitchen (to lock pesky Nannies and Townies out), deck, and guest bathroom.
The kitchen is kind of tiny, but I like the stained glass windows :)
Guest bathroom with showers.
Recessed deck for privacy and some nice shade on those hot days. There is a cute grill and patio set for BBQ parties.

This was fun to make and I hope others can enjoy it too. It was a bit frustrating not being able to use more expansion packs or OMSPs, but in some ways having a cleaner catalogue made it easier. Please let me know if you have any questions or problems. On one playtest the door from the study to the bedroom hall wasn't snapped to place, but its not always like this... not sure why; just a heads up, picking it up and replacing it should fix it. Enjoy!
