Wow
Things have been crazy of late and I haven't found time to update.... First of all I have been without a job since Halloween, since working for Mid-America was done then.... I've been searching for a job, but it's been rather harder than I thought it was going to be. Also in December my mom and dad sent me to England to go and see my Ish A Bah! It was an awesome trip and I never thought that I would make it back to England so soon!!! It was a wonderful week and I wish that it could have gone on forever, but due to lack of job and therefore money it would have been hard for me to stay much longer... so just been bumming around the house applying for about three to four jobs every day hoping that there will be one that actually gets back to me, I think out of all of the jobs that I've applied to, maybe 15% have replied back, that means even just telling me that they aren't interested in me for the job.
So the money is getting low, but lucky for me I just filed my first ever tax return and I did it myself, online and for free, due to the fact that I earned too little and I'm the right age, so my federal and state tax returns can be e-filed for free and the software to figure it all out is free, so I filed tonight and I will get my federal refund in about one week, which is faster than if I mailed in my tax info, so that rocks!!! Hopefully there will be a response about a job soon, otherwise maybe I'll look into ProStaff temp work with contract to hire, that might be a good way to get my foot in the door, since I now have a good goal for myself to have more than enough money saved up so I can move out and move in with Mike when his current lease is over, that is if he'll have me!! That's about it for now, minus being bored out of my mind, due to a lack of people to do things with, I'd love to drive down to Decorah, but lack of funds makes it hard, also my mom is starting to depend on me to do more and more for my grandma, which is rather frustrating, but I know that it's easier to have me do it than some stranger.
Basically my life has become sleeping, eating, watching TV and movies, learning new things to cook, hoping that some one will call with an interview/ job offer, and hoping that for once some one besides my mother will call me!
