Chas Update
Sorry I haven't been posting the updates here too but you can check my FB for the details of the past 24 hours. (Thanks Eric for cross posting to LJ in the meantime.)
So last night, Chas was able to sit up in a chair for about an hour. He found this position to be far superior to the laying down he's been doing the past couple of days. He was doing so well that sometime during the night, he was moved from ICU into his very own room in the Atrium building. He's been dozing off and on throughout the night. Bonnie says the room is quite large with seating for 5, a table large enough to play "Pandemic", and a recliner. She was finally able to lay down and sleep for a little while with the help of the recliner. (Now if someone could convince her to get a little something to eat.....) Chas can now have visitors and phone calls. He is at North Memorial Medical Center, Room A482, phone# 763-257-8831.
