Finally
Yeah, we're back online now.
Its been over two months now, so I probably won't be going into a ton of details on the particulars of how my life has been - we're here in Oregon, we survived the trip, I'm barely surviving the pollen (and I don't have allergies either, the sooner my body remembers that the happier I shall be), and we survived a massive financial scare when Renee's unemployment got pulled. The one thing I will say about that, good thing we had moved, if this had happened while we were still in Baltimore we would have been in a lot of trouble; here at least my disability check will keep a roof over our heads, and I'm living in a city with the most mindblowingly awesome electric company in the fucking country (but I will gush over how much I love them in its own post, they deserve it :-)) so that's another bill we'd never really have to worry about, food stamps would keep us fed and that would greatly reduce the list of expenses we can't cover. Of course, we did just see online that unemployment will be flowing again shortly so for now we'll be okay again, though its good to know that if this happens again we'll be okay for a while to come.
So anyway, I'm not going to even try and catch up on my friends page (and it seems that quite a number of people have abandoned Livejournal in my absence anyway). If there is something you want me to know about, poke me. Otherwise, its good to be back
