Apartment hunting sucks ass

We had two places all lined up when last I posted, stupid me for thinking things would get easy from there.

The most annoying part is, what's holding us up from sealing the deal and actively moving forward with getting the fuck out of this cesspit, is so gods damned stupid I kind of want to hit my head against the wall every time I think about it.

Every place is going to have something you don't like

Oh, very true, especially when you're as misanthropic as I am. :-) The question then is, can I get away from what I don't like, and that isn't always possible. I never spoke to anyone in the ghetto either, race back home as quickly as I could and shut myself up inside (that includes all windows shut) and it didn't fucking matter, the bullshit came through anyway there was no getting away from it. Never spoke to anyone in Wayland either, but their snotty judgmentalism was all but plastered on the sidewalk, and people can find ways of letting you know just how much they disapprove of you without having to open their mouths.

But like I said, its worst case scenario. I admit I don't think I could stand another year of a noise intrusion like in the ghetto, or a place filled with snotty self important people that are *very* in your face with their own perceived greatness (twenty plus years in Wayland has likely permanently scarred me there), I'm making the assumption its not going to be that bad, or else I would hope warnings would be a lot more strongly worded.

Probably this actually is going well in a bigger picture sort of way. Its just so frustrating to know that right now everything is being hung up on a game of phone tag
