I've come to the conclusion that the world must be destroyed
My boss's daughter was at work with us today, along with her boyfriend. A different boyfriend than I had unfortunately been exposed to. That asshole never had an intelligent thought pass through his head and yet he would never shut the fuck up about how he knows what's going on and how the world works until you just want to bash your head repeatedly against the wall until you fall unconscious just so that it would stop (gods awful to look at too, I am certainly in no position to be making fun of anyone's skin conditions but my holy fucking gods, the guy looks like someone's been putting out cigars on his face). This second boyfriend had no personality whatsoever, just sat there the whole work day on the couch like a big useless lump.
Problem was they got control of the TV having arrived there before me. And the Useless Lump likes to watch VH1 reality TV.
And so that was what I was exposed to. All day long. Show after show, hour after hour. Nothing but a bunch of plastic, brainless whores battling it out in a grueling contest of ultimate humiliation all to win the passing affections of a witless, charmless, washed up has been (fill in the name, there were more of these Z list so called celebrities with oh I just want to find someone to love me shows than I had ever realized).
So yes, the world must be destroyed. Along with everyone on it. Allowing programming like this to exist has to be a death penalty offense. And as far as I'm concerned the people watching it are driving the getaway car and are guilty by association.
