Probably a good thing I didn't go to work today

I stayed home today because all the muscles in my legs and back were aching, probably compounded by the fact that just about the only real sleep I got last night was the two hours I was hitting the snooze button. I couldn't do any heavy lifting so Anna told me to take the day off and get some rest
