me: there are pros and cons...it's very aesthetically (sp?) pleasing, pretty safe, very active in the day and night because of the all the hip twenty-somethings. the cons are that it is many hip twenty-somethings and some yuppie young families so it's hard to find diversity/culture/the things that make living in a city so interesting
