If you couldn't tell by the postmark, I did make it home. And my puppies say 'hello' to you and Akako, if the greeting they gave me is any indication.
Please let me know what's going on with you, and with Kureno-san, and with Asuka, when you get the chance? Even if I can't be in the village myself, I will still try and help if I can. Or just listen if you need someone to unload on.
