Honestly this episode had SO many parallels (Clark and Ollie, Ollie and Lex, Dinah and EDlo, Edlo and Lana, Lana and Chloe, Chloe and Dinah, Clark and Lex, Lionel and Lana, Lex and Lionel, Ollie and Chloe, Lex and Dinah, Dinah and Ollie) that it made my brain spin trying to nail them all down.
The cap of Lois and Dinah in the elevator reminds me of what I think is her worst trait: Her sanctimonious attitude.
God yes, Agreed.
You're a genius. I noticed the Chloe/Dinah parallels, and I noticed the Lois/Lana parallels, but I didn't really think about how Oliver goes through Clark's lifetime of romantic entanglements in the space of this one episode.
Awh. Well it's a season or so, but yeah. He's setting up where Clark is headed (and Dinah for Chloe, should be.) Whci is funny is Clark we can see recognizes this ahead of time but can't for himself. Silly alien.
Also, I really thought they did a good job of showing that Chloe would *not* become the JL's Watchtower for good. I like that she worked with GA, but I think her working for him was like BC's working for Lex: A job.
GREAT point! I missed that, now who is the genuis? :) They both worked with billionaires for CASH. Chloe to pay her bills, Dinah cause uhm, she likes money? But it's interesting that Chloe does Clark's work pro bono, and there is definately an implication of that a bit for Ollie/Dinah with her joining cause she's special.
Awh, thanks *squishes for Marta*
