Negaduck is actually two entities, and the origins of one of them have two possible explanations.

Negaduck is the worst of all villains in the Darkwing Duck world. He is the leader of the "Fearsome 5," the collection of villains in the two parter "Justice Ducks." He is the antithesis of Darkwing Duck. Looks the same, save for a different color palate and darker eyebrows. In one origin, he came to existence when DW was split by a ray of some sort, one into a negative version and one into a positive version, the negative being Negaduck. The second origin is that he came from a different dimension that is the complete opposite of Darkwing's world that was accessible through a wedding cake (no joking).
