You guys, I HAVE FIC! My hp_traditions gift was posted while I was gone, and it is perfect beyond words. Honestly, I am just blown away by it... it's beautiful. Beautifully written, beautifully characterized, beautifully plotted. (I completely <3 non-linear stories, as you may know, and this one does it SO well!)
It's a Remus/Sirius fic, Fire and Ice, and it's amazing. I've fallen in love with that pairing all over again. <3
Seriously. You all should go read it. The language is a delight, the sparseness of it, the way that it's shown¬-told ... the characterization ... the ending ...
