probably the most bizarre summer I have had...

Oh wow. The past few weeks have been completely insane. Actually the past two months have been insane. But let’s just go back to the evening of July 20. I bought HP at midnight. Read about 6 chapters when I got home and then went to bed..only to wake up about 5 hours later to pack for the trip to NY, study, and read some more HP. In the afternoon, I saw Hair with Richard and John..we will not go into that travesty..hehe. We had dinner and shortly thereafter I went to the airport to fly to NY. On the flight, I read HP. That’s all I did..yeah sure there was a bathroom break but there was no sleeping. I sat in my seat and read. When I got to JFK and waited for my SuperShuttle (b/c this was for the bar and I had my laptop with me, I really was not going to deal with the subway), I read..and finished. Thoughts on the book to come later.

Needless to say, the trip to NY was not like previous trips to NY. Everything that could possibly bug me about the city did bother me..which does not help my current state of fear about moving..hehe. I saw an apartment with a bedroom the size of my bathroom. As for the bar and three days of testing? Well, ask me in November. I really think it could go either way. The best part about the trip was hanging out with Eric. Oh and I got my Belgian Frites! Yumm!

Once I got back from NY on Friday night, things were pretty non-stop for the next four days (which included a 4.5 hour power outage on Sunday night). I had to pack and see friends/family. And clean. It is a miracle Mary and I finished all the cleaning and packing around noon yesterday. So now I am in Cottonwood and getting ready for the Italy trip and moving to NY. Really excited about Italy! Excited, scared, and sad about NY! But I think this is all normal. =D
