Last night Sarah and I went to the Ryan, David and Brandon's volleyball game. It was so funny. Ryan and David suck, and Brandon gets super into it. And the girls they play with are psycho. So it was a rather entertaining evening.
Mitch, this kid in my history class, plays on their team. He totally surprises me. When I first saw him, I totally had him pegged as a stuck up pretty boy jock that would never even give me the time of day. But everytime I talk to him he surprises me. He goes out of his way to say hi to me when he sees me outside of class, as opposed to pretending I don't exist. Ever since I've gotten here, I've noticed how off some first impressions of people can be. (Some are totally right on the money though)
But yeah, I had a pretty rough afternoon. Forgot to include a page that I made corrections on in my micro homework, so I got hella points taken off. When if I would have included it, I would have gotten a very high A if not a 100. So I was incredibly distraught. Started freaking out about my GPA and scholarships and whatnot. Which led to even more spazzing about everything else that I've stressing out for the past couple of weeks. Called my mom and cried to her for an hour.
I took the afternoon off to just chill to myself. Watched a movie and had a cookie.
After that I was calm, so I went and talked to Sarah. She took it upon herself to make me happy. She yelled at Dan when he started giving me shit about Geoff again. Hahaha, Rock!
Wandered around and talked to people for awhile. That cheered me up. Apparently everyone is stressing out right now. It's that time.
Watched the Bachelor with Sarah, Dan, Ashley, and Carla. Jolene came by afterwards and told us it was obvious we were watching it because she could hear us down the hall. Oops. Hahaha. We really get into it.
I was in a much better mood after that. Especially because my back is feeling a lot better now. It's still tight, but I can touch my toes now!
I'm going to bed early again tonight. It's amazing how much getting a decent amount of sleep actually helps you not be tired during the day. Way to state the obvious, huh?
Well, I'm off. Good night all.
